I was born in Cape Cod, MASS and moved to Ithaca, NY when I was 4. At the age of 8 we moved to Kahala, HI and then at age 10 moved to Poway, CA in San Diego County (Dad was a secret shopper for numerous international hotels and various restaurants, he could have been an opera singer, though he liked to eat, so he went to culinary school instead of pursuing a career on the stage). After San Diego, we moved to Indiana when I was about 15 years old where I played a lot of basketball and some piano, always singing daily. One time I called a radio station and it was a "sing for your oldies" weekend on Oldies 101.7 and I called the station and sang a part of "Daydream Believer" by The Monkees live on the air (the radio station stopped the song midstream and I had to sing the next couple lines of the song) and the radio DJ said, "Sign that guy up for a recording contest!"...although that was a few years before I started composing my own original songs.
With close to 100 songs composed in rock, dance, techno, kids music, drunken pirate rock, country, rockabilly, adult contemporary, rap and more, I've played shows at the world-famous Hollywood landmark Whiskey A Go-Go, the annual luau at San Diego's largest country western bar, Incahoots, as well as having performed in front of 300 people in Southeast Asia.
To all my fans, Thank You!! New music is on the way!
Aloha-Brad
